Who Can Attend?

If you purchase products to produce, sell or enhance floral and/or foliage products in any of the areas listed below, then you should be attending International Floriculture Expo.

+ Wholesale Florists:
Wholesale florists who supply chains with 50 or less retail locations may register for and attend the show.

+ Commercial Growers*
Employees responsible for purchasing products for the growing, harvesting, management and maintenance of floral and foliage. e.g. – Propagating & growing of all cut flowers, seeds & seedlings, bulb growing, nursery operation, chemical protection of plants, post-harvest storage and handling and use of preservatives.

+ Mass Market Retailers including:
  • Convenience Stores
  • Craft Stores
  • Department Stores
  • Discount Stores
  • Drug Store Chains
  • Home Centers
  • Supercenters
  • Wholesale Clubs
+ Grocery Wholesalers
+ Retail Florists
+ Supermarkets
+ Wholesale/Voluntary/Cooperative Supermarkets
+ Event Floral Suppliers
+ Retail Garden Centers
+ Online & Catalog Retailers
+ Hospitality Industry Buyers
+ Interiorscapers
+ Industry Media/Analysts
+ Designated Buying Agents:

  • Individuals whose advice is necessary to a Supermarket or Mass-Market Retailer in purchasing floral and foliage products for their company.
  • Includes consultants, suppliers, and others who are not exclusively employed by the Buyer’s organization.
  • DBAs may not be owners or employees of non-exhibiting suppliers.
  • Qualified Supermarkets and Mass-Market Retailers must apply to sponsor a DBA. 
  • All DBAs are subject to approval by International Floriculture Expo Management.  
  • DBA's must complete a DBA Agreement prior to registering for the show

Attendee Guidelines:

All personnel must provide government issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.) and proof of employment (i.e pay stub, business card, company ID card, verification of employment on company letterhead etc.) when picking up your badge onsite. Failure to provide required identification will prevent admission to International Floriculture Expo. The International Floriculture Expo Management team reserves the right to remove you from the show floor if misrepresentation has occurred.

Not Qualified To Attend

You are not qualified to attend and should be exhibiting if you fall within any of the following categories.

Wholesale Florists - (Supply chains with 51+ retail locations):
Wholesale florists (owners & employees) who supply high volume retailers 51+ retail locations.

Commercial Growers:
Sales & Marketing: Employees who sell the end product to the retailer directly must exhibit at the show and will not be permitted to walk the show floor.

Non-Exhibiting Supplier:
Owners and employees of importers, manufacturers, distributors, and other non-exhibiting suppliers may NOT register for or attend. You may exhibit at the show.

All registrants are subject to review by Show Management & the Advisory Board.
