Exhibitors Report Strong Business Results and Intent to Return
Exhibitor feedback reflected high satisfaction across the event experience.
Exhibitor intent to return propelled Floriexpo to a Net Promoter level that well exceeds industry benchmarks for B2B trade shows, reflecting powerful exhibitor confidence in the event’s ROI.
“Our vision has always been to create the premier marketplace where the floral industry comes together to do business, discover innovation and build lasting partnerships,” said Bob Callahan, CEO of Floriexpo. “Seeing our largest show to date deliver this level of exhibitor satisfaction confirms that we’re creating value for the industry. The combination of record growth, strong buyer engagement and positive survey results gives us tremendous momentum as we begin planning Floriexpo 2027.”
Demonstrating the momentum generated at the 2026 show, early re-sign rates for the upcoming event have reached historic highs. A significant number of returning exhibitors have already opted to upgrade their booth square footage, expanding display footprints to accommodate larger, immersive product showcases, new cold-chain and merchandising technology displays, and expanded meeting spaces to host high-volume retail buyers.
A key driver behind the event’s continued evolution and alignment with market needs is the Floriexpo Advisory Board. Composed of trusted leaders, retail category managers, and top executives from across North America—including representatives from Albertson’s Hy-Vee, Sobey’s, Shaws/Star Market, Schnuck’s, H-E-B Central Market, The GIANT Company, Stop & Shop, Metro, Charlie’s Produce, Sunshine Bouquet, Bloomaker USA, PPC Flex, Bayview Flowers, CalFlowers, and The Elite Flower—the board plays a vital role in shaping event strategies, education programming, and special initiatives like the Floral Bootcamp.
By leveraging the insights of these top decision-makers, Floriexpo ensures that its exhibit offerings and educational content stay ahead of floral supply chain trends and consumer shifts. Floriexpo continuously welcomes passionate industry leaders who want to support the broader floral community to join its Advisory Board.
The strong survey results build on a year of measurable expansion for Floriexpo, including:
As Floriexpo continues to evolve, organizers will use exhibitor and buyer feedback to guide future enhancements, including continued improvements to exhibit hall traffic flow while maintaining the show’s high-quality buyer audience and operational excellence.
“We’re incredibly grateful to our exhibitors, buyers, sponsors and industry partners for helping make Floriexpo 2026 our strongest event yet,” Callahan said. “Their feedback is invaluable, and we’re committed to building on this success to deliver an even more impactful experience in 2027.”
