Inbound Shipments/Deliveries
A certified weight ticket must accompany all shipments. Material handling charges are based on the weight of your shipment and includes delivery to your exhibit space, storage of empty containers and loading your freight at the close of the show.
Shipments received without a certified weight ticket will be weighed by Freeman with certified forklift scales.

One-way shipments:
Freeman is offering a one-way material handling credit for any perishable and/or donated freight that will not ship out at the close of the event.
To make arrangements for this service, please go to the Freeman Service Desk PRIOR to the close of the event. Shipments MUST be reweighed during move-out to determine the amount of the credit.
No credits will be issued after the event.
Example using one-way shipment:
Material Handling Rate = $1.86 per pound
Inbound shipment = 400 lbs. x $1.86 per pound = $744.00
Outbound shipment = 150 lbs
Credit Amount: 250 lbs x $.93 = -$232.50
OnPeak is the official housing vendor for Floriexpo. Please be sure to book through onPeak before May 22nd, 2024 to receive the event’s discounted rate.
Complete your Booth Approval Form by April 22nd, 2024
Review, edit, and approve your company listing information by logging in to the Exhibitor Resource Center using the link and password that was sent to you in your Booth Confirmation email as soon as possible. Your company information will be included on the online Exhibitor List. If you need to have your password re-sent to you, please contact the Customer Service Department at 207-842-5508 or email [email protected].
Click HERE to access the online Exhibitor Badge Login. To access your company’s badge allotment, choose your company name from the drop-down menu. The password for your company and any co-exhibiting companies sharing your booth is the same password as your Exhibitor Resource Center password. If you have any issues with your password, please email [email protected]
How to Pick Up Your Badge
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and badge number for each registrant. Please bring your confirmation email, either on your mobile device or printed, along with a photo ID and proof of employment with your company (i.e. business card) for express pick up at registration.

Golden Hour Welcome Party: Wednesday, June 5th at 5:30pm – 7:30pm at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina Hotel, in the Intracoastal Ballroom. Come celebrate the best time of day ✨Golden Hour✨ as we kick off Floriexpo 2024 and connect with old friends over hors d’oevres and beverages. Wear a pop of gold if you wish!
Flori After Dark: Thursday, June 6th from 8:00pm-10:00pm. Stand out amongst the twilight at our neon-themed yacht cruise along the Intracoastal. Enjoy music, signature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and marvelous company while celebrating the industry with friends and colleagues. Think sultry neon club night if you wish to dress on theme.

We will be collecting floral donations at the end of the show for Florida Health Care Association. The donation area will be at the back of Hall A on the left. Look for the sign: “Drop your donations to Florida Health Care Association here”.
Recently the Floriexpo has been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent travel, advertising and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are NOT our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems.
We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official vendor list before contracting with anyone.
