Important Exhibiting Information

MOVE-IN SCHEDULE                    

Tuesday, June 4                                 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday, June 5                           8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Exhibitors will be allowed access during the above hours.

In general, we allow exhibitors access the show floor during move-in as long as show management is present. Once show management leaves for the evening we allow exhibitors to stay and work within their booths, but they are not allowed to re-enter the exhibit halls once they leave. This will potentially be a different time each evening during move-in and Show Management will communicate when “no re-entry” is in effect.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Exhibitors may hand-carry their own materials into the facility. The use or rental of dollies, flat trucks, and other mechanical equipment, however, is not permitted. Freeman will control access to the loading docks in order to provide for a safe and ordering move-in/out. Only full time employees of the exhibiting company will be allowed to hand-carry items. Unloading or reloading at the dock of any and all contracted carriers will be handled by Freeman.

How to pick up your badge:

Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and badge number for each registrant. Please bring your confirmation email, either on your mobile device or printed, along with a photo ID and proof of employment with your company (i.e. business card) for express pick up at registration.

Badged exhibitors will have access to the show floor at 8:00am on show days

24-hour perimeter security service will be maintained in the exposition area from the initial move-in period until the last piece of freight is removed. However, exhibitors are reminded that they are responsible for the protection of their own product and exhibit materials.

Exhibitors may choose to order additional security through Allied Universal Security Services.

If you have leftover product at the close of the event or after set up that you do not want to take with you, please bring it to the back of the exhibit hall and drop your items at the sign that says “Please leave leftover product here”.  We will offer the items to the Florida Health Care Association. 

During Move-Out, you can use the DO NOT TOUCH labels to place on product in your booth you want to ship back with you.

Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique displays accessible at the Event, photographs or video of the stands of other Exhibitors’ booths on the Event exhibit floor or screen shots of others’ virtual booths are prohibited. Attending personnel of exhibitors or qualified press must seek advance written approval from Diversified to photograph, film or make audio recordings at the Event and must abide by all conditions imposed.

For the protection of all Floriexpo exhibitors, only those companies whose Application for Exhibit Space has been approved by Show Management will be allowed to present and sell their products. If a representative from a non-exhibiting company is seen soliciting business on the show floor, please request a business card from that person and give it to a Show Management representative. We will take the necessary steps to curtail this activity.

ONE-WAY SHIPMENTS

Freeman is offering a one-way material handling credit for any perishable and/or donated freight that will not ship out at the close of the event.

To make arrangements for this service, please go to the Freeman Service Desk PRIOR to the close of the event.  Shipments MUST be reweighed during move-out to determine the amount of the credit.

No credits will be issued after the event.

EVENT REGULATIONS

CHILDREN
Floriexpo is a trade only event. No one under the age of 18 (including infants and children in strollers) will be admitted to the event. There will be NO exceptions!

SMOKING
The Broward County Convention Center is a non-smoking facility which includes vaping & electronic cigarettes.
