Beth O’Reilly, AIFD, TMF

Beth O’Reilly AIFD, TMF is a multifaceted, award winning floral artist and educator. Her passion and expertise in the floral industry is far reaching. From product development to large scale luxury event installation, and an invited guest artist for exhibitions across the globe, Beth brings a unique perspective to floristry.   Her years of experience, combined with her love for flowers, sculpture, structures and art has led her on a fantastic floral journey.  With a BFA in Fine Art Sculpture, Beth’s greatest passion is to create 3-dimensional art using flowers as her medium. She recently was commissioned by The San Diego Museum of Art to create a two-story installation for Art Alive 2021.  In 2020 she was cast as one of ten featured florists on Season 1 of the HBO Max series “Full Bloom” where the nations top florists competed by creating larger than life floral installations.   

She is a Certified Texas Master Florist (TMF) and an accredited member of The American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD).  She has served on industry organization boards such as South Central AIFD Past President and Wholesale Director for Houston Allied Florists’ Association.  Beth is currently the creative director and product development manager for Dutchess Bouquets, as mass market supplier of flowers and bouquets in the US and Canada.

She has presented numerous hands-on workshops and floral education seminars and is well known for her excellence in design techniques, mechanics and trends. She has a passion for the art of floristry and is committed to the highest quality and standards in the industry as well as the advancement of floral design around the world. 

Artist Statement:

Beth is drawn to the beauty of flowers and the curious forms found in nature. She believes that everyone has the power to harness their creative power and connect with nature by discovering their own unique process of creating.  She see’s flowers as the perfect metaphor for our own ephemeral human condition; prone to degradation, yet maintaining strength, sustenance, and livelihood.

Beth believes flowers offer an incredible source of inspiration and limitless joy for everyone who experiences them.  Her work aims to connect the viewer to the natural world in order for them to experience flowers in a way they never imagined.
