Hundreds of new products were showcased at the 2018 International Floriculture Expo, but only five were selected to participate in the annual New Product Innovation Battlefield Competition, emceed by industry icon J Schwanke.
Competing products this year were the FreshPaq by Chrysal, Team Flag Roses by Farm Direct Corporation, Mini Sasha Hydrangea by GROFLOWERS, Twist & Trade by Homestead Growers and the viizzii™ vase by Syndicate Sales. Each company was given only 2 minutes to showcase their innovative new product and win over the audience. Products featured new technologies, efficiencies, design and packaging solutions.
There could be only one Innovation Battlefield Winner and the audience voted for the viizzii™ vase from Syndicate Sales, a new vase that features an LED digital display with interchangeable messages (can even be sent from you phone). The viizzii™ vase is a unique floral and digital experience. LED lights display custom messages on a modern vase, updated via bluetooth with the ease of an app. As occasions change, you can send something new for a uniquely personal experience!
